Review on 🔑 PT Auto Warehouse ISS-264 - Ignition Starter Switch - with Floor Shifter Kit by Kevin Taharka

I was hesitant to buy this ignition switch as many similar ignition switches indicate that they are for vehicles with RPO code D55 (meaning the presence of a front floor console) ( RPO codes are listed on a sticker in the trunk lid). My 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix has a front floor console but does NOT have that specific RPO code. (RPO = normal production option). In any case, my car was certified by GM with very low mileage when I bought it after being rented out, which might explain the lack of a D55 RPO code since most rental cars are "lots" where there are 1000's . made almost identical, with the only differences being the exterior and interior paint. also disappeared - which I was never able to figure out what it was NOTE: The ignition switch is NOT easy to install, but there are helpful videos online that describe how to do it.
