Review on 🍴 Optimized Steel Cutlery: Winco Acero by Nancy Holland

A good value for money knife. Although made in China, it is a forged knife made from German steel. At 199 grams, it offers both grip and balance. Not sharp enough upon receipt, but after 3 stages of wet rocks and a final flash with a leather bolt, it was operational. Definitely a good buy for the price and it offers better balance compared to stamped knives. The handle looks good, like ebony with 3 large rivets covering the entire shaft. The steel itself is matte, which I like better than shiny. The blade length of 6 inches is very convenient for home cooking in my opinion.
