Seems to work fine on a Sharp mill 1000mm x 400mm scales. The control head manual is pretty good, covers all machines it can be used on.The scales come with no drawings or instructions. Plenty of parts are supplied, but I couldn't use them. So measure everything closely and make your own drawings before starting. I got both X & Y scales within a 0.003" Z and its axis of travel. Hope that is ok, no specs. There was 0.005 bow in the the 1000mm housing so I set the ends with shims and adjustments. I needed to make all brackets and the Y axis took some time to design, fit and adjust. (love my Noga indicator arms!)I checked the calibration with Webber blocks over 6 inches and the X axis measured 6.4975 vs 6.50000 blocks, so did the calcs per manual and reset the DRO scale factor and it now is within a few tenths (pretty hard to measure better than that). A couple of checks along full X travel and the recal was correct. Y check was ok from the factory. Shop 68* F.It would be nice to have the display show average to 0.0001 rather than show the 1E-5 digit which is meaningless on a Bridgeport type mill and distracting. Scotch 33 also works over that digit. There are some generic youtube installation videos, look for them.
