I love to knit with metal needles but when I'm on the go these are the best! I fly with these knitting needles and sit comfortably knitting on socks. You can use these needles while sitting in the middle seat! In addition, it is more convenient for me to knit with these needles when my husband is driving, and it is safer for me to knit with these needles in a moving car. for some knitters this can be very uncomfortable. If you have a heavy hand and hold your needles very tightly, you may not want to buy these two smallest sizes of needles as they could break. Have fun knitting!
