A little too bright for my needs.

This light fixture is easy to install and is very bright. I installed it at the bottom of my cellar stairs which is a small area. The only issue I have is the fixture can't be used with a dimmer switch and for my application it's a little too bright. Over all, it's a good value and I'd recommend it if you're in need of an inexpensive; easy to install light fixture.

Nice, low profile ceiling fixture. Took less than 1/2 hour to install.

Cons

The light can cast unwanted shadows on the walls and ceiling
