While the inner headlights may actually be sealed, the rest of the headlight is not. I intentionally filled the sink with water before installing and testing these lights. In the photo you can see that they are filled with water because of the 2 rear screws and the holes that the wires pass through. The boxes are filled with water because absolutely nothing seals them. And there is no drain at all so they stay full after you pull the boat out. If they dry out, the cases will be full of condensation. NOT SUITABLE FOR BOATS. And it says 2 packs. 2 packs means 2 sets, and there is only 1 in a set. Look at the photo and think before you buy.
