The software is very user friendly and easy to navigate through. It has all the features that one needs in a booking engine. The support team is very helpful and always available if you need assistance with any technical problem. There are some minor bugs which can be easily fixed by contacting the developers directly. I have been using this software since long time and have never had any major problem with it. We are using bookit as our booking engine and is helping us save a lot of time in managing our clients reservations and payments.
