I liked that it is fully assembled and ready to use. However, the rear remains unlocked. When I put him in a lying position, I have to hold him. When I let go of my back, it moves up a few positions. When I get up from a chair in an upright position, the backrest folds. It is in order? The video shows how the chair is fixed in the prone position. I think mine is defective and should be sent back. Too bad because it's convenient. Love it too, there is a protective removable cover underneath to protect my rug.
