This handlebar mount will not fit my Garmin Edge 1000 which is quite long and heavy. I find this mount barely fits my Edge 1000 right in front of my vape. My Edge 1000 hits the front stem mounting bolts when trying to use the 1/4 turn mount. I have to tilt the mount down a bit from the stem angle to mount the Edge 1000. Also, due to the Edge 1000's weight, the mount was constantly sliding and rotating downward. I was so frustrated with the mount slipping that I rotated it so it was now resting on top of the stem. This puts the computer further behind the wheel, but not to the point where I hit it with my knees while climbing. Also, a T-20 is used to tighten the head of the mounting bolt, which most bike multi-tools don't have, which is insane. I'm sure this mount will work well with any of the smaller Garmin Edge devices, but not the 1000 or 1030.
