This thing is great, won't shock her, has a replaceable battery and has the perfect sensitivity where my dog can bark softly to tell me something but not bark at full volume! It takes small 6 volt batteries and so far I've had the first battery in a month and it's still working. He also has a nice system where he obnoxiously beeps a few times when she misbehaves as a kind of warning. As a result, I have noticed a 100% improvement in the quality of life with my dog. I wish I had bought it 10 years ago. It had a little light for her collar when we go out at night which also has a removable battery. I really like the little light they sent as a bonus, but the clip on the light broke after a few weeks. Will definitely be buying a replacement collar light elsewhere, they are good, cars slow down and all when she has the lights on because she is so obvious and easy to see! ^^
