Order arrived on time. This only works on vehicles with a typical rear view mirror attached to the windshield with a metal bar in between. The holder is attached to this part. On some more modern cars, a lot happens in the rearview mirror area, like my 2015 Mercedes. It does exactly what the manufacturer promises. It can block your view a bit, and the biggest phone that will fit is the iPhone 7 Plus (or similar). I would recommend it to those who travel a lot and/or don't have much dashboard space in their car.
