I used these as "treasure" roleplay props and chose them because I wanted glass, not acrylic (which seems different and less realistic). Perfect. They shine and sparkle, almost hypnotically. They are strong and heavy (for their size) and very believable; they don't look artificial. They will work great for my purposes - and I don't know what your goals might be, but they should work. So shiny, so shiny... ;)
