Installed something on my laptop (Win10) and it has never stopped, my laptop has been having problems ever since. Later it turned out that I couldn't open the task manager and decided to do a reset. Windows reset didn't work so I got this destruct. I followed all the instructions, booted up in download mode and the laptop is still the same, all files, users, cache, nothing has changed. Even after setting up USB. Whatever I installed is giving me problems and rendering the Destruct USB inoperable. I think it's time to open it up and replace the SSD. I wish it would work, I had high hopes, but it just wasn't for me. I'm sure it works but not with an error on my laptop. Not 1 star because my laptop is having issues and I will save the USB stick for future use if needed and update when used again! Thank you!
