I received the rack a few days ago so my experience is limited. It was well packed, easy to assemble with hand tools, the materials are strong and the stand is solid. Easily supports my e-bike. It just works. And bikes are easy to load if you can lift them up about 18 inches on tire pallets. When folded, it protrudes just 12 inches from the vehicle. I use extra locks for security when leaving my bike on a stand outside the home. I needed a rack that I could easily use with both 11/4" and 2" hitches. Overall, this was the best trunk for my needs. I'm hoping to be happy with that after attempting to ride 1000+ miles in Arizona this winter.
