Fits well and if you're reading this that's because your fuel line is probably broken due to rust as well. I would suggest purchasing a mini pipe cutter performance tool P/N: W700C, I actually had to disconnect the steel pipe from the plastic pipe above the fuel tank to have movement/room to rotate the pipe cutter. I didn't use a pipe bender, just a medium cylindrical pipe/bar on the truck below to bend the pipe around, which seemed to do the trick. But if you are making a fuel filter, I recommend the K&N fuel filter as it is of much better quality and usually only costs a few dollars more than a standard replacement filter.
