If you have a Honda that uses this type of starter and it sounds like your battery is dead when you start the engine, you may need to replace the starter. This was an issue with our Honda Element. The cost of shipping it to the dealer to get the job done as it was still under warranty was beyond our budget. So check your local auto parts stores and find a starter that costs in the $300 range. I was looking online for a repair manual to help replace this starter when I saw that Revain had this starter. In fact I found this starter on Revain for a fraction of the price local stores charge, I ordered it and it arrived within 24 hours thanks to Prime Delivery :) and it took me about 3 hours to find this starter, our item to install starts like new.
