Missing instructions

- I chose this brand because it had good reviews and didn't have as many safety issues as other brands reported. It seems pretty well done. However, I'm writing this after only using it once. - There were no instructions for assembling the stabilizer and legs. However, I was able to install them using the ladder photo from the Revain site as a guide. Heating the plastic legs in hot water made installation easier. But to fully install the outer legs, a rubber mallet was needed. Likewise, there were no instructions for installing hooks. I don't need them, so no problem. I guess if I take the plastic pieces off at the top of the stairs I can figure out how to attach the hooks. But that's a guess. Despite the fact that it appears to be quite strong, it flexes quite a bit when in use. I agree with others that the ladder weighs about 30 pounds, not 23. I have a 15 foot model. I'm not a big guy and before I bought it I was concerned about being strong enough to fully extend the ladder. I had no problems, but 15 feet was the limit of my ability to lengthen. I'm not sure I could climb the longer flight of stairs without help. Folding requires sliding the left and right crossbar latches simultaneously. If you do this, the section will close with an error. It's better to pick one lock and then hold the vertical tube on that side while you pick the other lock. This way you can control the section as it goes down. And like many people, no, be careful not to get your fingers caught.
