I read a review that mentioned how inflexible the hose was, I had to take that into account. The hose is terrible. It is so rigid that it never relaxes. He kind of hangs there and mocks me. I tried hot water, no I tried to bend it, no fun. I ended up taking the hose off my old Waterpik shower head and using it. At least flexible. If it was profitable to send it back I would do it. Whatever the case, I think I'll just toss it and buy another Waterpik. That's a shame for the Delta product line. Maybe if the CEO of Delta puts that in his shower, they'll see the problem. I suspect the R&D team was ill the day it was tested. One more comment: when you first set it up and turn it on, there is a very strong chemical smell coming out of the hose. It's still there after 2 uses. At least the water comes out of the head, but I don't even like the patterns it creates. Waterpik excels there too.
