Perfect prep trays!

I had been searching through all the local restaurant supply stores and no one has these trays in stainless. Everybody has aluminum trays. Aluminum trays don’t play nice with the dishwasher so I was looking for stainless. Eureka! Here they are! These are awesome for prepping food when I’m cooking. They are small and sized just right. I can beat the crap out of these things and because they’re stainless I don’t worry about rust or discoloration like the aluminum pans.

Pros

They were super easy to clean and sturdy. Im very pleased with the purchase.

Cons

The trays may scratch easily, making them unsuitable for use with sharp tools like knives or scalpels in medical or dental settings
