There are still other sets on sale in a different box, which are really made in Germany. They are noticeably better, with both the case and the quality of the bits, although they cost comparable. Has pros: Every bit is branded Makita, hardly fake. The bits themselves are more or less the level of the Chinese Bosch and the like - stronger than non-names and Deko. Some cons: There is no Made in Germany label on the box. The box itself was not made neatly, apparently - the production is now in China, and wiha has nothing to do with these bits.
