Missing Screws & Plates

There's nothing more frustrating than throwing away an old lock and missing screws, plates and instructions during installation. I can understand how, but without screws and plates, forget it. And it was 9 p.m. yesterday, and there's nowhere to spare. Call company (beat)? Closed on weekends. Aggravating. Couldn't shut up.
