It is very user friendly once you get used with its features - I love that there are so many customization options available as well (and they don't try too hard).

Also great support team who will walk me though all my questions or problems right away when needed.- The interface can be improved in certain areas such us having fewer colors which would help improve functionality overall since some people may have color blindness issues like myself where white looks grayish if not enough contrast between light blue vs dark background etc.. We use this application mainly because we wanted something more modern looking than our previous one was using but also had good reporting functions included while allowing flexibility within an organization without being overly complex system wise.
