Perfect fit, passenger side has been toasted. This fixed the exhaust leak and the truck runs much better now. Do yourself a favor and coat your exhaust bolts with penetrating oil the night before, buy a striking tool if you don't have one and it will be an easy fix. It took me about 30 minutes to do both sides on my '93 Silverado. I didn't have to unbolt the exhaust brackets or anything, just loosen the exhaust pipe.
