This is the absolute best wire for hanging art unless you have REALLY heavy paintings. The plastic coating prevents you and the customer from cutting yourself with those pesky fingers little tiny wires twisted into these other types of hanging wires that you can never fully crimp when you cut this spool even includes very clear pictures of this wire being bent back on itself so it doesn't come loose We Artists, who have never mastered the surgical knot required to secure the traditional wire mesh in place, however I was very disappointed with the packaging work as this spool has two holes on the rim so you can twist the cut end back in. My spool is on both Pages broken due to packaging work. :( The wire will not unravel It wobbles like a e spool of thread as the wire is stiff but that's why I only gave this product 4 stars instead of the 5 it deserves. Come on, guys from the packing department. Get your action together!
