The best thing I've ever used, I recommend it to everyone!
It's not the first toaster I've used where the toast came out low. I've never had any issues with using sugar tongs (they just cost a dollar at any kitchen supply store).
Pros
- Cool toasters. Rapidly becomes hot. By starting the second batch of bread at the same temperature as the first, you can save 30 seconds and avoid overheating it.
