Box looks very sturdy. My dog has severe separation anxiety. She ran away from other kennels and after her escape was destructive in the house. I just received this kennel today and she was in it for less than 2 hours while I went to the gym. She's bent/chewed quite a few rods and I don't think her strength will take it. She is a 45 lb mix breed (maybe a pit bull mix), she is not tall but very alert. She hasn't figured out the lockdown system (yet). I agree with another buyer's review, it's good for well behaved dogs.
