First, the case works right out of the box, I was able to overclock my Pi and keep it freezing. BUT; The fan they include is pretty awful, it's a dual 25 x 50mm fan. Judging by the photos of user reviews, some are separate, others are a single unit, in any case, it is very difficult to replace, and judging by the reviews, it has a very high failure rate. After a few months the fan started making more and more noise, I could tap the fans and get them to stop for a while, but as the months went by the fans got louder and it was harder to get them to stop bring to. , after 5 months they hum loudly, no matter what I do and are probably on the verge of total failure. I've given up on replacing them now, I just buy a fanless heatsink and install my own fan on it, I recommend you do the same.
