UPDATE: I've been using it in our RV for 50 weeks now. We work full time and that includes running our computers, flat screen TVs and mixers on a daily basis. Never had a problem. Before I doubled our battery it was pretty dodgy in the microwave but it was a power issue. When I connect a single 110 volt LED, it flickers slightly, but nothing else shows the problem. I don't have to say much about the company's customer service yet, but with the support of Revain, it's a great thing. device is worth the money. ---- Worked normally for 36 hours, then failed. No error codes and still power from the USB port but nothing on the 120V outlets. No error codes displayed. I think the GFCI socket has failed, but I can't crack the box without voiding my warranty. I wrote to the company with more details on the matter and received a response similar to asking to reset your modem when calling the DSL company to report that a tree felled your phone line. I followed their instructions and reported that this did not fix the problem. After a week I received no reply. I ordered a replacement from Revain and received it in less than two days. I'll contact you if (if) it works for a while. In the end I have no idea how the device works but the company's customer support is useless.
