This system is easy-to navigate, with most of its functions having an understandable explanation at first sight. I think it could be improved in terms of adding more options/more customization such as filters or even specific reports or modules that helps us have better control over our expense reporting for every department (Sales team has access all departments). We managed expenses efficiently with this product and also helped reducing manual work while managing our business trips by using templates which made it easier than ever before! The best part is that it helps us to create an invoice for each call, which saves our time. It also allows us to track all the calls made by different departments of the organization. I think we can improve the UI/UX of this software as it is not very user friendly at the moment. We have been using this software for almost 2 years now and haven't faced any issues with this software. It has helped us in keeping track of our telecom bills easily.
