Does the job for computers and accessories

I'd like to see the included instructions for those of us who aren't fully conversant with installing brackets in our PC cases rather than looking online for examples. That's mostly common sense, but the included screws were only meant to attach the device to the mount itself. Attachment to the case requires the use of screws, which are not always supplied with the case. It's also not clear which direction to mount the device as it seems you can mount the device in any direction. I was able to…

Great desktop dual SSD bracket

Now I have 3 SSDs. I have more than enough space on my desk for a single SSD mount, but I wanted airflow around all of my PC's components to extend their lifespan. This dual mount did the trick. Works perfectly. It's aluminum and slipped off when turning the screw and bent the corner a bit. Just bend back, no problem. The only thing I could interpret as a downside is that it dangles a bit from the case, which houses a regular 3.5-inch hard drive. Maybe about 1/8 inch or so. . No need to worry…

  • Slim design

Easy; fits Dell XPS Tower 8930

I had no problem installing a single SSD in a Dell XPS 8930 Tower. I think tweezers are great when you have to mount two drives. I only needed one, so I just built it into an easy-to-access compartment…

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Update Availability

Installing bottom SSD micro screw sets is nearly impossible due to the side slot design. These micro-screws are non-magnetic and there are no holes on the front ends of the front slots and no holes on the rear bottom slots that would allow an installer to drive the micro-screws into the new threads on the SSD pair and then insert the drive . through the open slots and tighten the fasteners. I had to use 1/2" newspaper strips with a tiny hole to hold the micro screw in place while carefully…

Great mount for SSD! for computers and accessories

I'm a computer consultant, so I install a lot of solid state drives. I've already installed about 15 of these mounts and have found that I like them better than the Sabrent Dual SSD mounts. I installed over 50 Sabrent mounts before I found them. In most cases, they are easier to use. They also place the connectors in roughly the same place as a regular hard drive, allowing for more brackets (like the blue plastic brackets Dell uses). The ONLY thing that drives me crazy about these brackets is…

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Easy; fits Dell XPS Tower 8930

SSD in the Dell XPS 8930 Tower I wanted the SSD in "bottom" of the two bays (which happened to be the top of the two in the final orientation), but as other reviewers have pointed out, it's a little tricky as the screws don't adhere to the magnetic drive and there's no easy way around otherwise keep the screw in place. I think tweezers will do if you need to mount two drives. I only needed one, so I just installed it in an easily accessible bay. The image shows the Corsair installed in a Dell…

Cons
  • Can't remember but there was some

Installation of the lower SSD micro screw kits is almost impossible due to the side slot design. These micro-screws are non-magnetic and there are no holes at the front ends of the front slots and no holes at the rear bottom slots that would allow an installer to drive and then insert the micro-screws into the new threads of the SSD pair Journey. through the open slots and tighten the fasteners. Pros
  • Enough space to connect strain free SATA cables to the SATA connector. Includes 2 sets of SSD mounting screws and 1 set of adapter mounting screws. Easy, hassle-free and clean installation. Compatible with all Corsair SSDs as well as all other brands

  • So far so good

Great mount for SSD!

I'm a computer consultant so I install a lot of SSDs. I like them better than the Sabrent dual SSD brackets. I installed over 50 Sabrent mounts before I found them. In most cases, they are easier to use. They also place the connectors in roughly the same place as a regular hard drive, allowing for more brackets (like the blue plastic brackets Dell uses). The ONLY thing that drives me nuts about these mounts is the way they package the screws. It comes with 3 sets of 4 screws each in its own…
