I love this program because it helps me to make decisions quickly, but also gives us many options when we need them! It's easy enough for new users of our business as well as more experienced staff members who are used to other programs. The interface could be streamlined in some areas - especially with creating reports. We would like an option to have multiple formats included within one report (ie., pdf/excel vs word). That way you don't end up having to send out two separate files if your customer doesn't want both versions. This saves time AND money by being able to get estimates done quicker than ever before.
