No cushion, unreliable
These knee pads protect your knees terribly. I'm a big fan of 187s because they offer the best protection. I thought they were good for road riding not derby games but I wouldn't even trust a fall on these pads on the road because they are unreliable and slip and there are almost no pads in the knee pads. The only good thing about these pads is that they are thin and not bulky. But I still wouldn't wear them.
