Review on π Dorman 742-444 Front Driver Side Power Window Motor | Ford/Mercury Models by Mike Donathan
Changes may be required.
Motor once fitted works great. However, the installation required a number of modifications including but not limited to re-tightening the mounting threads that did not match the existing bolts and replacing the old electrical connector with a new motor. In the end everything worked fine and the window went up and down as it should.
