Review on Disston E0114460 Blu Mol Arbored Clamshell by Jason Paige

I had to drill a hole in my desk to insert a brass socket. I wanted to use this racquet once so didn't want to pay 4x more for a bi-metal version but the quality of the cheaper sets fell short. This bit worked great, it was thick and solid and the finish feels solid. The hole was perfect, I didn't feel like it was deformed. The table was 1.5 inches thick so the piece hit the ground, I just went through the ground and everything was fine. I've stopped every now and then, cleaned the drill and vacuumed the hole just to be on the safe side. My drill was rated at about half the maximum allowable RPM. If you need to use a beat once or twice, or are putting together a budget toolkit just in case, I highly recommend this.
