An excellent functional pannier rack for an electric bike. Ideal for fat tires. I bought this because our foldable e-bikes are 65 pounds each. It's not easy to fit them into the back of an SUV when they're folded, as you have to lift that awkward 65 pounds at the same time. With this luggage rack you can lift one end of the bike at a time without folding it down. The wheels consist of a high-quality, semi-flexible curved part and are strapped onto the rim and tire. The hook part goes over the frame. When not in use, everything folds up close to the rear of the car. Another great part of this rack is the knobs that tighten everything to keep it secure and not wobble or rattle. Don't be fooled like me, these pins have a rubber cap that locks with a key so you can unlock the pins so they just spin. It detaches from the screw switch so it cannot be detached. These rubber caps (flaps) are not immediately visible, but they are there. Excellent frame. We are very happy with it.
