Purchased this SpongeBob feature for my Roosterfish who lives in a 3.5 gallon aquarium with good cycle on April 29, 2020 for $6.88. I washed it in very warm (dechlorinated) water before putting it in the aquarium. By 5/15/20 the paint had peeled off and my snails were eating the paint like crazy (pooping orange balls as a result). My betta started eating less and behaving differently (swimming erratically) until I cured it of a common fish disease that may be the real reason for its behavior (but I wanted to point that out as well). I replaced SpongeBob's feature and the snails and betta seem to be doing fine. I give him 2 stars because he has a great price and looks really cute in the aquarium. I wish it had lasted longer!
