Review on 🔋 Enhanced Wireless Control with Air Lift 25980 WirelessOne (2nd Gen) [Replaces 25870] by Jerry Bergstad

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. The perfect system for my Firestone airbags.

I'm tired of inflating Firestone airbags on my truck as I frequently switch between an empty pickup truck, RV and five wheeler trailer, each requiring different air pressures. Also, I refrained from purchasing a specific kit due to the cost and reluctance to screw an ugly gauge onto the dash in my truck. Then I came across the wireless Air Lift system. It was everything I wanted and a lot cheaper than the system offered by Firestone. I installed this on a 2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Based on the installation requirements given in the instructions, I installed the compressor and valve assembly on a steel plate mounted under the driver's side truck bed. This protects the compressor from damage, protects it from flying debris from the tires, and also keeps it relatively dry and unaffected by the water lifted by the tires. This setup took longer to install because I had to work around the drive shaft lying on my back. I would say I spent 3/4 hours just installing the compressor and valve. Installing the air ducts took 15 minutes including choosing the best way to route them. Both are very easy to do, just find the right place for the compressor. The hot wire wiring was most of the work. I tried to find a replacement fuse but my truck didn't have one. I should have just used the included "jumper" fuse to make the connection in the first place. Everything you need is included. First class kit and system! So now I have the perfect system. I have a remote control that attaches to the sun visor and is very handy. And no ugly analog gauge bolted to my dash, I didn't have room for it either. THANK YOU Aerolift!
