Review on 📦 BOXI 2pcs Trunk Lift Supports for Cadillac STS 2005-2011 (Replaces SG430103 6169 15861153) by Michael Wilson

Appears to be of good quality but did not fit my 06 STS as advertised. The upper and lower support balls on the car are different sizes, and the strut has 8mm sockets on both ends. The lower ball joints of the car are about 10mm. The end of the strut assembly. snapped directly onto the ball joint as intended, but the bushing at the end of the shock had to be opened up with a 25/64 drill bit. Assembled sockets. just screw it on, so maybe it just had the wrong sockets on the bottom ends. The part numbers on the inner sealed boxes were the same as on the Revain site, so it wasn't a warehouse worker who sent the wrong item.
