This tool is unmatched for it speed, torque & variable speed! Once u use it u will not be satisfied with other screwdrivers. Unfortunately this driver at times acts like there is a bad trigger. I ran into this before with my Ridgid drill, but it was not the trigger but the battery. This battery was properly & fully charged when it acted this way. Thinking it was just a bad unit I ordered another, but with the same results. It would also b nice if the battery would have an indicator to show the state of charge. The battery charger has a 2 pin connector which is a hassle to plug in the driver since it is keyed to only go one way!
