frustrating product support

Product worked great, but didn't come with a charger! And of course my husband didn't notice until several months later.so now you I'm stuck trying to find a charger. I've written to Black & Decker, no response. Frustrating, make sure to check everything when it arrives.

Wish B&D would fix it!

This tool is unmatched for it speed, torque & variable speed! Once u use it u will not be satisfied with other screwdrivers. Unfortunately this driver at times acts like there is a bad trigger. I ran into this before with my Ridgid drill, but it was not the trigger but the battery. This battery was properly & fully charged when it acted this way. Great battery life in my review

Gets the job done - enough power to do most household jobs (probably won't go through studs). Great battery life, haven't charged it yet and been using it off and on for a week. Nice light to see what you are doing at night.

B&D Impact best in my review

I am a industrial machine mechanic I use it daily. The charge last for along time to remove and install any thing from hard to remove screws to M8 nuts and bolts. Very good driver.

This compact yet hearty LI power screwdriver/impact driver works circles around other similar products I have used. I use the product primarily to remove and replace lisence plate screws in my job as a car salesman. It drives or removes screws better than my much heavier drills

This little device is my go to tool. It can make 1 inch holes thru a 2 by 4 in a flash. It drives or removes screws better than my much heavier drills. I can just stick it in my pocket to climb a ladder. The magnetic holder is very convenient for holding a drill bit for the pilot hole or the driver bit for a lag bolt. Power speed convenience, What more could you ask of a tool.
