I like that it is easily set up with sensors using an app or computer system. The software can be used in conjunction with other farm management programs, such as Microsoft Excel. We are able to track our cows' movement/activity levels from day to day along with intake of food/water. I have been able to keep better tabs on my herd's overall health and progress throughout their stay here at the ranch. This has allowed me to make more informed decisions about how best to care for my animals. There isn't much to dislike but I think that there could possibly be some way to streamline the process of managing multiple farms and accounts within one program. It would also be nice if we were automatically notified once certain thresholds had been reached regarding any aspect of our animal(s) health status or feed efficiency. If you're looking for a simple solution for The program works as advertised. The hardware is easy to install and setup. The web interface is easy to use. The alerts are timely and helpful. The program is expensive. I wish they would make the program more affordable. I have been using SCR for about a year now. The benefits are that I can see what my cows are doing at any time of the day. I do not have to keep up on the feed or water them. This helps me have more time to do other things.
