Missing Hardware & Other Issues

I was hoping that the issues mentioned in the 2020 reviews had already been resolved. nope! I bought 2 of these. None are 3 inches wide. The widest area on each is less than 2.5 inches. One package was opened and the washer and wing nut were missing. The bolt is a smaller diameter than most large bird and perch toys but I hope I have a suitable one. Loose bark over the whole package. Made in China so please clean it carefully. I can even remove the remains of the bark. Screws are rusty.
