Please fasten the screw heads

I've bought them about 10 times in the last 3 years and they've been great, but the last 3 bags were terrible! The screw heads are not cut deep enough and cannot be screwed in. About half the bag of screws is useless. Very frustrating. If all the screw heads were cut correctly I would give 5 stars. They are perfect for my advertising business.
