I like that they have an open door policy and are willing to work with their customer on any request or problem. They are very helpful and always available for you. It would be nice if they had more of a discount option for bulk orders of food. Sometimes it's hard to find something to eat in your dorm. They also don't have many non-food items for students (like shampoo). I think you can get all of these products at other local grocery stores. The customer care team really helps out when you need them. I think this is one of the better companies to order from. You can trust them to do what they say they will and to help you when you need it.
