I only I receive, therefore can I do not answer some questions. But I just want to say that I'm impressed with the quality of this pan! It is firm, lies evenly on the surface, the shape is universal. It's a mix of a straight edge panorama and a slanted edge panorama, so it has more height than I expected. In addition, it is beautiful and durable. The reason I bought a new pan is because my other pan of this size, while high quality, leans to the side of the handle so I never even cook on the bottom. Obviously I won't have that problem with this much more durable pan! Update: I've been using it for a few months now and it has exceeded my expectations! Reliable, fast/even heating, easily loosens food, browns food well and is easy to clean. I only use non-stick silicone cookware. Rating 5+⭐️❗️
