Functionality - Automotive & Electronics

I have a 2002 Maxima and it worked. As if. At the end of the installation I had a few gaps. This isn't my first rodeo. I installed many stereo systems. Things just didn't add up. The color seems good. My car has an all black interior with thin gray plastic. It doesn't irritate the eyes. Unless you look at the roughly 1/4" thick gaps in the worst spots - which isn't that bad, I'm just a perfectionist.
