0% customer service, the worst experience I have personally had. I would not buy.

I bought it over a month ago and I still can't use it. I have a 2011 MacBook Pro and when I received it the instructions seemed very limited in detail but I managed to get to the setup. I charged the printer with no problems and set up WiFi with no problems. Everything is going wrong here. I go to the website to download the Readiris 14 software and everything starts. Then a pop-up window will appear asking for a serial number to complete the software installation. One of the included instructions had a license number and didn't work. I tried another number on the sheet and it didn't work. There was no tech support 800 number. I checked the website and again no 800 number to call. I emailed the company and it took 5 days to get a response. They told me to go to their website and click a link to download the software. I rewrote an email saying I did it but now I'm stuck at this popup asking for a serial number to complete the download. Another 5 days pass and the company tells me the license number to enter on the serial number screen. I tried that and it didn't work. I emailed them again that it didn't work. Another week later I get a reply asking me to try 3 different serial numbers starting with 75, 73 and 33 and then the license number on paper. I've tried all of that and it didn't work. I've spent 35 days with 6 emails back and a 4th and still haven't been able to download a program to save scanned documents to my computer. Now I am trying to return this scanner as it is now a very expensive paper pulp. The customer experience is zero percent as the company is not interested in fixing your issues with their product. Be warned and buy another company and product.
