Quality Control Issues?

I think I have a bad spool, prints horribly compared to other pens I've tried. It sticks together, shrinks, doesn't stick to the bed, doesn't stick to itself, when I get something that can actually be repaired, it's weak and breaks easily. I've tried printing at resolutions between 215 and 240 but to no avail. At least the color is nice.
