The first thing I have to say about this is the instructions. get to the screws to tighten them. Instead of attaching the #3 side panels to the #6 cable guide, take the #3 part, align it with the #4 and #5 parts forming a T-shaped base (in the directions shown ), and screw them all together BEFORE attaching piece #6. It's a lot easier this way. I have attached photos. Now that you've assembled it, it's a really handy thing for some situations. Our cables and power cords drove me insane in front of the TV. Making changes, it's much easier to get to the device we need. It seems like it should work for a long time once I've tightened all the screws nice and tight. It's really a lot easier now that I don't have to try to get to the TV anymore.
