My office is a jungle of wires, so I thought this might help solve at least part of the problem. I wish it would come with a pair of good quality extension cords, but then again, being able to pick your own might be a good idea in the long run. What is not a good idea is assembly. The first thing I have to say about this is the instructions. get to the screws to tighten them. Instead of attaching the #3 side panels to the #6 cable guide, take the #3 part, align it with the #4 and #5 parts forming a T-shaped base (in the directions shown ), and screw them all together BEFORE attaching piece #6. Edited to add a major bug I found: Protruding metal sides restrict which connectors can be used in splitters and how to position them. I have a newfangled power strip with sections that rotate 90 degrees so you can plug in many devices with bulky plugs that are blocking other outlets on the stationary power strip.
